Custom Letterpress Wedding Invitations - Peonies and Silhouette

These custom letterpress wedding invitations were designed and printed for a couple from Hong Kong. We worked together via email to design the invitations according to their vision, and the couple happened to be travelling to Vancouver earlier this year and picked them up in person. It was fun to meet clients from overseas after working with them remotely - with most of our overseas clients we never get this opportunity.

I think the couple actually mailed their invitations out from Canada while they were visiting because the postage was cheaper from here to many of their guests living in the United States.

These invitations were printed on 110 lb. Crane Lettra Pearl with a robin's egg blue ink. A separate invitation was also printed in yellow ink for the reception only. RSVP was by email and this information was included on the invite itself, rather than having a separate RSVP card.

Recent Custom Letterpress Business Cards

A few photos of some recently printed custom letterpress business cards for a variety of clients. The top two were designed by Sunlit Letterpress, the bottom two by the clients themselves.

The card at the top was printed on 220 lb. Crane Lettra - and the photo shows the increased thickness and depth of impression that comes with a thicker stock. The bottom card is printed on 80 lb. kraft stock - it is a lighter stock than the Crane Lettra, but it is a bit more rigid and still offers a nice finish for letterpress printing.

Although I am still taking a health-issue related break from printing, I wanted to let you know that we still have memberships in the Letterpress Lovers Club available for puchase in our Etsy shop.

What is the LLC? Letterpress treats delivered monthly to your mailbox!

Sign your Mom up for our Letterpress Lovers Club - a "letterpress-of-the month" club where the recipient will receive a unique letterpress stationery item once a month for the duration of their membership.

Each month the item will be different - a fun surprise in your mailbox! - and will include an assortment of stationery items such as notecard or greeting card sets, art prints, gift tags, letterpress printed packaging items, seasonal stationery pieces, etc.

A limited number of 12-month memberships are for sale. Please also see our 3-month and 6-month membership listings if interested in a shorter membership period.

Your first month will ship at the beginning of the next month after purchase (i.e. buy in May and your first mailing will ship at the beginning of June). Mailings are sent at the beginning of the month.
