This week I'm busy printing and filling some custom and wholesale orders. The wholesale stuff is mostly orders of what I have available via Etsy. My wholesale catalogue is still in progress, and I really wish I could find some time to finish it. I will have to make it a goal for next week...not enough hours a day.
Once my plates arrive from Boxcar I will be printing some custom business cards for an accountant, and some invitations for a local equestrian event. Though I am not a huge fan of horses (I have a big fear of being stepped on by them), I really enjoyed designing the invitation, and am very excited to print them.
I did finally receive my Scor-It tool this week (a nifty little device for professional scoring) and boy is it way (!) better than that ridiculous Fiskars paper cutter/scorer thing I was using before. The Scor-It does not wobble, make wonky lines, or posess any of the other flaws that the Fiskars tool did. Consider me converted!
Happy letterpressing!

Long time lurker.. love your blog. I do all of my scoring on my letterpress. I have an extra chase I keep on hand to lockup a scoring blade (you can also use your press for perforating, very cool). It's quick, and makes extremely professional looking scores.
